Paramount Onboarding Hunt- A Case Study

Paramount worked with us to create a new hire onboarding scavenger hunt. This corporate campus tour game got staff to familiarize themselves with their New York City office in a fun way. 

New hires used an orientation scavenger hunt app, customized with their branding, to unlock challenges on each floor. For instance, employees had to seek out restaurants to answer questions and upon completing these tasks, learned more about the food on offer, hours, and how to order! Other tasks in this tailor-made scavenger hunt included learning more about Paramount’s library of films and famous film franchises; where to find certain departments and how these departments could help them; and snapping photos with famous items, such as the red thinking chair from Blues Clues! 

This tailor-made scavenger hunt transformed what could have been a non-memorable tour of the building into a gamified experience that built excitement for those newly hired to work for one of the top media and entertainment companies in the world!
