Customized Retirement Hunt - A Case Study

A CEO of a Fortune 500 financial firm was getting ready to retire after 33 years with the organization. His team surprised him with a custom scavenger hunt that celebrated key accomplishments during his career. Some challenges also gave his team insight into how he’d be enjoying his retirement by incorporating challenges that brought his personal passions of golf, skiing and grandkids to the forefront. The beauty of the custom event was that challenges were formatted so everyone who participated was able to join in the fun no matter how well they knew the CEO and all got to know him a little bit better regardless.
